How to forward email to another address

A forwarder sends copies of incoming email to another address. For example, you can forward sales@yourbusiness.com to your personal inbox.

cPanel › Email › Forwarders

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. In the Email section, click Forwarders.
3. Click Add Forwarder.
4. In Address to Forward, type the part before the @ sign and choose the Domain.
5. Choose Forward to Email Address and enter the address that should receive the email.
6. Click Add Forwarder.

Forward a whole domain

To forward all email for one domain to another domain, click Add Domain Forwarder instead, choose the domain and type the destination domain.

A forwarder doesn’t need a mailbox. If you only ever want email sent elsewhere, you can create just the forwarder.
