How to access your files like a drive with Web Disk

Web Disk lets you work with your website files as if they were a folder on your computer.

cPanel › Files › Web Disk

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. In the Files section, click Web Disk.
3. Under Create an Additional Web Disk Account, enter a Username, choose the Domain and set a strong Password.
4. Check the Directory the account can reach, and choose Read-Write or Read-Only permission.
5. Click Create.
6. To connect, click Access Web Disk next to the account, choose your operating system and follow the instructions shown for it.

Web Disk gives full access to the folder you choose. Use Read-Only where you can, and delete accounts you no longer need. For uploading a whole website, FTP or File Manager may be simpler.
