How to change nameservers in the client area

Domains registered with GreaterLink use our nameservers by default. Only change them if your website or email is hosted somewhere else.

1. Log in to the GreaterLink client area.
2. Go to Domains › My Domains and click the domain.
3. In the menu, choose Nameservers.
4. Choose Use custom nameservers and enter the new nameservers.
5. Click Change Nameservers.

To switch back to GreaterLink, choose Use default nameservers, or enter dns1.greaterlink.net and dns2.greaterlink.net.

Changing nameservers moves your whole website and email to wherever they point. Changes can take up to 24–48 hours to take full effect.
